DELIVERY AND PAYMENT
Delivery is carried out on Polish territory, the European Union and countries outside the EU and is a courier in accordance with current prices, depending on the size and weight of the purchased work.
Shipments within the European Union-from 130 EUR to 350 EUR
Shipments outside the EU - from PLN 250 to PLN 700
Works of Art purchased through Passart are insured, which means that the courier company is responsible for their delivery in perfect condition.
Please check the status of the purchased works in the presence of a courier to immediately advertise any damage.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
The priority is that you were fully satisfied with the purchase, but if for some reason the work does not meet your expectations, you can send it back to us within 10 days from the date of purchase without giving reason. Of course, the work must be in perfect condition. We will refund the full amount of the work.
RULES
1. General Provisions
a) The Regulations specify the terms and conditions of sale that the company Passart Magdalena Sarnat, established in Ostrow, Ostrow 8b, 69-200 Sulęcin. VAT Number: 4290044515, REGON: 080326937 Conducts the sale of works of fine arts (hereinafter referred to as Works of) via the Internet - the web site located at URL: www.passart.pl
b) The sale takes place via the Internet in the form of the distance between the client and the seller, hereinafter Gallery.
c) The buyer may be any natural person, legal entity or organizational unit not having legal personality, having e-mail account and has full legal capacity.
d) Any person placing an order in an online art gallery Passart must read the rules. Ignorance of the rules does not relieve the Customer of the principles contained therein.
e )Photo no responsibility for hidden defects of physical things, as well as its legal defects.
2. Privacy Policy
a) The provision by the customers personal data is voluntary, but their absence does not allow purchases. Making a purchase, the customer agrees to the collection, processing and use by the vendor of your personal information for the purpose and scope necessary for the performance by the seller of the contract (for supply to the shipment and the settlement of accounts).
b) The data will be processed in compliance with all safety requirements defined in the Act of August 29, 1997 on the protection of personal data ( 2002, No. 101 pos. 926, as amended. zm.), and issued on the basis of implementing legislation.
c) The client may express agree to receive promotional materials and information from the gallery. There are more theme-related activities, and gallery announcements of special offers.
3. Object of activity
a) The object of the web gallery is selling passart.pl works of visual arts via the Internet.
b) The Gallerys valuable works of digital photos, made of high quality photographic equipment. We make every effort to ensure that the pictures have the highest quality and highest degree reflect the actual condition and color of Works. Possible slight color variations between the presentation of the website and the appearance of the original, which can occur due to technical reasons and the gallery does not accept responsibility for them.
4. Prices
a) All prices quoted on the Gallery pages are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and are gross prices.
b) All prices do not include the cost of the Works of delivery, which depends on the manner of its execution.
5. Shopping
a) The Order in the gallery made up by using the Buy Now& available at each works.
b) The gallery immediately acknowledge receipt of the contract the Buyer or inquiries about the availability of works. Agreement shall be deemed given if within 48 hours of placing an order, confirm the availability of Gallery Artworks for sale, and thus inform the adoption of the contract for execution.
c) For a work that is the seat of the gallery, availability and confirmation of the contract is implemented immediately.
d) Payment for work shall be paid to the specified bank account gallery. Payment must be made within 5 working days of placing an order.
e) Gallery to keep the changes in the contract. Such information shall be sent to Customer-provided e-mail address.
6. Delivery
a) Delivery is accomplished on the Polish and the European Union and countries outside the EU is through a courier company, according to the valid price list.
b) Cost of delivery on Polish territory covers Passart Gallery.
7. Defects, returns
a) According to the Act of 2 March 2000 the Consumer Protection (Journal of Laws No.. 22 item. 271, as amended. Rev.) Buyer is able to return purchased products within 10 days after the date of sale. Reimbursement shall be at the expense of the requesting. Client shall pay the cost of insuring the return shipment. Goods returned must be delivered intact, namely that in which it was shipped to the customer. If the merchandise is returned in accordance with the Regulations and applicable law, the gallery draws levied on the purchase price within 20 working days specified by the customer's bank account. In the case of return shipping and works to the customer when returning goods are not returned.
b) Defects (damage) should be reported immediately, no later than 5 days from receipt of shipment. Slight differences in color between the presentation of the website and the appearance of the original, which can occur due to technical reasons and can not be the subject of the complaint.
c) Damage to the consignment during transport will be addressed only on the basis of a notification to an employee of courier company at the time of delivery. Buyer should receive the protocol drawn up with a description of damage and employee signature supplying the consignment.
8. Copyright
a) All works presented on this site are www.passart.pl on it with the consent and knowledge copyright owners of these works.
b) The Gallery accepts no legal liability arising from copyright infringement by third parties (artist and / or other galleries ) presenting their work at www.passart.pl
9. Completion
a) In case of any doubts related to purchases in the gallery - all information will provide support.
b) In matters regulated by this Regulation, the provisions of the Civil Code.
c) Gallery reserves the possibility to change the regulations without prior notification to the customer, unless these changes will have a particular impact on purchasing in the shop. Any change in the rules will be published on this site, with the current date at the end.
